Honk for Freedom 1776-2026 Patriotic Goose Christmas Ornament
Why the Honk for Freedom 1776-2026 Patriotic Goose Christmas Ornament is a Must-Have
The Honk for Freedom 1776-2026 Patriotic Goose Christmas Ornament pairs a Revolutionary War pose with a goose, and the result is hard to look at without smiling. The dates 1776-2026 mark 250 years since the Declaration of Independence, so this ornament doubles as a keepsake for the American semiquincentennial. Hung on the tree, it gives a Fourth of July joke a place in the Christmas season.
This round ornament shows a goose in a navy tricorn hat and navy coat riding a white horse that is rearing up on its hind legs. The goose holds an American flag with a circle of stars on a blue corner, and the words HONK FOR FREEDOM with 1776-2026 are printed below in bold lettering. The scene sits inside a dark green looping border on a mint green and cream striped background. A red bow with pine sprigs and berries decorates the top, small red hearts and holly sprigs sit along the sides, and a red ribbon loop is ready for hanging.
It is a fun gift for a history buff, a patriotic family, or a friend who collects funny holiday ornaments. It also suits anyone celebrating 250 years of the United States with a small keepsake.
